Xtra – worst ISP third year running

Surprise, surprise. The Consumers’ Institute yesterday announced that Xtra was the least popular internet service provider for the third year in a row.

The found that only 42% of Xtra subscribers rated its performance as good or very good, down from 55% last year and 78% in 2005. Consumer said that approval ratings dropped to 36% after the Xtra "bubble" fiasco.
